Dr. Łukasz SZELEPIN, M.D., Ph.D.

Clinician-practitioner, specialises in glaucoma treatment, diagnostic ultrasound and laser procedures. Author of the textbook „Terapia laserowa w jaskrze” (“Laser therapy in glaucoma”).

He has more than 10 years of experience in glaucoma treatment, laser procedures and diagnostic ultrasound.

Doctor of Medical Science (since 1999), specialist in ophthalmology (since 1999). Since 2002, he has worked at the SPEKTRUM Clinical Ophthalmology Centre, which he co-founded. Until 2007, he was an assistant professor at the Clinic of Ophthalmology of Wrocław Medical University. Individually rewarded with the 2nd degree of the Rector of Wrocław Medical University “For important and creative achievements in scientific and research work”. In 1997, he was on a scholarship at the Prince Charles Eye Unit, King Edward VII Hospital in Windsor, UK, and completed training in Belgium (Antwerp) and Germany (Aqhaus). At SPEKTRUM, he deals with the diagnostics and treatment of glaucoma and specialises in laser treatments in ophthalmology.
