Dr. Hanna Hare-Pytrus, M.D., Ph.D., provides treatment in Africa

We are extremely proud of our Hanna Hare-Pytrus, M.D., Ph.D., who works diligently in improving access to eye care in Africa. She is treating at Father Wojciech Kościelniak. The entire mission and clinic is organised by the Ophthalmologists for Africa Foundation.

The main objective of the Ophthalmologists for Africa campaign is to examine the eyes of children in Africa, where, as we know, living conditions are very difficult, medical care is at a very low level, most children have never had contact with a doctor, and hardly anyone has heard of an eye examination.
